Stéphanie Labelle has been a language teacher for more than 20 years, supporting learners of all ages—from toddlers to retirees. Passionate about education and the transmission of knowledge, she adapts her teaching methods to the diverse needs of her students, always ensuring that learning is both accessible and engaging.

Alongside her teaching career, her life as an entrepreneur has taught her to manage daily stress and maintain balance, even while facing personal challenges such as chronic pain. Now in her forties, after years of research and experimentation, Stéphanie has developed practical and effective strategies to reduce stress and improve well-being, while staying actively informed about the latest advances in the field.

She is also the co-founder of the trilingual day camp Évolution, where children “race around the world” while being introduced to English and Spanish. This project, which combines fun with language learning, reflects her passion for languages and her desire to offer young people a truly enriching educational experience.

Her rigour and discipline have enabled her to cultivate a healthy and structured lifestyle, giving her resilience in the face of daily challenges. Drawing on her experience, she now shares concrete tools to help others simplify their routines and live with greater serenity.

In addition to her career as a teacher and entrepreneur, Stéphanie also worked as a host and columnist for TVBL and MAtv for four years, combining her passion for communication with her professional expertise. She continues to give back as a volunteer speaker during Entrepreneurship Week at School, where she speaks to French and English primary and secondary students as part of the OSEntreprendre competition.
